Julia Brickamn

CEO & Co Founder

With over 20 years of experience developing technology, product design, and business development, Julia is a trailblazer in the tech industry. As a third-generation entrepreneur, she has a proven track record of driving growth and success in startups, transforming industries as she did with her first company, the party and stationery industry. Known for her innovative spirit, she has become a sought-after speaker on leadership, entrepreneurship, EQ, and personality type.

Julia Brickman

CEO and Founder

With 20+ years of experience developing technology, product design, and business development, Julia is a trailblazer in the tech industry. As a third-generation entrepreneur, she has a proven track record of driving startup growth and success. Julia co-founded her first successful company Polka Dot Design, with her husband, Aaron. In addition, she is knowledgeable in platform technology, changes in education, homeschooling, effective teaching practices, the creator economy, and community engagement, making her a valuable resource for families, educators, and organizations.

Aaron Brickman

COO and Co-Founder

Aaron is a former U.S. Army Ranger and business leader with 20+ years of experience in technology development. Aaron and Julia founded their first company, Polka Dot Design, in 2003, quickly becoming a leading internet stationery company. Polka Dot was the fastest-growing and most innovative company in the industry. Aaron's expertise in technology made him a driving force behind the company's success and ability to establish leading standards of efficiency and productivity. The many tech solutions they pioneered are commonplace within the stationery industry today. Aaron and Julia successfully exited Polka Dot in 2010.

Serg Pokrovskyy

CTO and Co-Founder

Serg is a well-rounded technology expert with over a decade of experience in startup environments. With a Master's in Data Science from the University of British Columbia and a background ranging from software engineer to CTO, he has experience designing, building, and delivering complex IT solutions. In addition, he is a skilled cloud practitioner, serverless solutions architect, and expert in various blockchain technologies. Serg has a passion for learning and revolutionizing industries.

Adam is a cloud consultant, AWS DevTools Hero, 12x AWS certified, and hosts AWS FM. In addition, he is the Co-Founder & CTO of StatMuse, successfully raising $15M in funding from Google and Disney. Adam is a seasoned engineer with 15+ years of technology development.

Jared Kalef

Technology Leader

Jared has 15+ years of experience in technology development and is currently the VP of Engineering at Thanx. Previously, Jared served as the VP of Engineering at Jungle Scout. He worked directly with the founder and built a data science team of over 60 individuals.

Manish Bhatt

Education, Law, and Start-ups

Manish has a unique blend of education, law, and entrepreneurship expertise. He's the former Head of Upper School at Trinity Valley School, a prestigious private K-12 school in Fort Worth, Texas, and taught business law and economics at TCU. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of Environmental and Tax Law/Policy, International Tax Laws, working with startups, and served as a JAG in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Shawna Ballast

Literacy, Leadership, and Communities

Shawna has experience in education, school administration, and leadership development. In 2017, As Principal, Shawna led Hartman Elementary to earn the distinguished National Blue Ribbon School Award. She later served as the Executive Director of Richardson Learning Community and Chief Literacy Intervention Officer in Richardson, ISD. Shawna is currently the Sr. Executive Director of PK-12 Literacy and Intervention, ensuring all students receive a literacy-rich foundation and academic enrichment.
